“May all be happy, may all be healed, may all be at peace and may no one ever suffer."
Place the heel of the left foot firmly against the vagina. Extend the right foot forward. Hold the toes of the right foot with both hands so that the knee is close to the ground. Keep the chin focused on the throat. Then draw the elbows while inhaling similar to Mahabandha mudra. Continue the attraction as long as you hold the breath and then release the attraction as you exhale. Practice this action 10 to 20 times with this rule. Perform this kriya again on the left hand i.e. place the right foot on the vagina and extend it in front of the left foot and hold the fingers of the left foot with both hands and perform the same number of times with the aforesaid exhalation and breath. Mahabandha and Mahamudra are complementary to each other. In the practice of both these mudras, the male and female butterfly gland, i.e. the paternal and maternal gland defects are eliminated; So Mahabandha Mudra should be performed immediately after the Mahabandha mudra practice.
