“May all be happy, may all be healed, may all be at peace and may no one ever suffer."
Keep your head close to the ground in a kneeling posture. Place the palms of both hands on the base of the head immediately below the brahmapalat with the fingers of both the hands pointing towards each other. Then lift the knees up and bring the feet towards the head as much as possible. This time, keeping the weight of the body on the palms and wrists, raise the feet a little while keeping the knees bent. Raise the feet for 5/10 seconds as much as possible and lower them again. Practice this for a few minutes every day. After a few days of practice, you will be able to lift your legs up and keep your body still in such a broken knee condition. Stretch the whole body from the waist to the head and when it is no longer difficult to stay in this way for some time, straighten the broken knee and lift the feet up and stand straight with the whole body resting on the head. The whole body will then make a right angle with the ground.
