Padmasana practice is sometimes difficult for obese people or those over 40 years of age. Arrangement of Virasana for their benefit Virasana is called Sukhasana in some texts. As in Padmasana, first bend the left leg from the knee and place it on the right knee - so that the heel of the left leg touches the root of the right side of the lower abdomen. Now bend the right leg near the knee and place it under the left leg and sit straight as in the picture. This asana has to be practiced like Padmasana.
