“May all be happy, may all be healed, may all be at peace and may no one ever suffer."
In this asana the body assumes the shape of a bow. The hands feel like the strings of the bow. That is why this process is called Dhanurasana. Lie on your back like a salvasana. Bend the feet back at the knees, bring the hands back over the shoulders and hold the tubercle of both feet with both hands. This time, in chest yoga, heal the disease and raise the knees as high as possible. Bend the chest and neck backwards as much as possible like Bhujangasana. Place the weight of the body on the lower abdomen. Hold this pose for 5/7 seconds and lower your arms and legs. Rest for half a minute or a minute and repeat the action accordingly. If this asana is well used, two knees will practice the asana; Practice this action at least twice and at most 5 times.
