Lie down on Vajrasana. Hold the left skandha with the right hand and hold the Dakshina skandha with the left hand. Then place the head on the junction of the wrists of both hands, or place the left hand on the left thigh and the right hand on the right thigh with the head flat on the ground. Remain established in the asana like this for 2/1 minute. Then come to a sitting position. Perform the action 2/3 times similarly.
Supta Vajrasana - A slight variation of Vajrasana. This asana has to be practiced while lying down – hence its name Supta Vajrasana. After getting well used to Vajrasana, one should practice Supt Vajrasana.
