“May all be happy, may all be healed, may all be at peace and may no one ever suffer."
Stand with your feet one or one and a half feet apart. Place the hands directly above the knees. Bend the head, neck and chest forward slightly. Exhale slowly this time. Exhale in such a way that the stomach is completely empty. As you exhale, hold the breath and draw the chest and abdomen towards the spine. It will attract the belly in such a way that it almost touches the stomach and back. Stay like this for as long as you can hold your breath. When you can no longer hold your breath, relax the tension and take deep breaths. During the contraction of the abdomen, take care not to tighten its muscles, relax the muscles and put the abdomen on the spine. Uddiyabandha can be practiced similarly in the sitting position. This mudra should be practiced on an empty stomach. Needless to say, the rule is to do other seats and coins empty. This mudra can be done at first 2/3 times, then it can be increased to 6/7 times.
