In any meditation posture, close the left nasaput with the ring finger and little finger and place the big toe flat on the south nasaput. Now take or fill Dambhor Vayu slowly through Pingala Nadi i.e. Dakshina Nasaput. Hold the attracted air Jalandharbandha, Uddiyanbandha and Mulibandha by three mudras and perform Kumbhaka for 15/20 seconds as best you can until all the nadis of the body from the toenails to the hair of the head are blocked. Then by closing the south nostril with the big toe and pressing the ring finger and the little finger, release the air slowly through the left nostril through the left nostril. Care should be taken while exhaling so that it does not take longer than the time required for purging during laxative practice i.e. 2:1:2 ratio. Never rush the laxative habit. Practice Pranayama exactly like this for 5 to 10 minutes at your own pace
