“May all be happy, may all be healed, may all be at peace and may no one ever suffer."
First sit on Vajrasana. Now keep moving the knees slowly from side to side until there is little pressure on the thigh joint. Now move the feet slightly and keep the hips on the ground and touch the big toes of both the feet. In this situation, slowly extend the two jaws and spread the mouth-lips as much as possible, the tongue is stretched forward as relaxed as possible, and focusing on the nose, put both hands on the knees and sit with the spine straight.
In this position breathe in through the nose normally for 15/20 seconds and exhale through the mouth with a sound, the vocal cords will vibrate while exhaling - then inhale through the nose. Practice like this 5/6 times. After practicing this asana for several days, the practitioner can inhale and exhale by fully retracting the tongue and pressing the chin to the throat cavity i.e. closing the jalandhar.
