First, sit in Padmasana as shown in the picture. Now place both hands on the navel with the palms facing upward and exhale by bending the upper body forward from the waist and pressing the forehead to the ground. (Now keep an eye on the butt so that it does not rise from the ground) In this position, inhale and exhale normally, after 10/15 seconds, return to the previous position to inhale. After changing the position of this asana leg 4 times, one has to stay in shavasana for 1 minute. But Shavasana should be done every time.
