“May all be happy, may all be healed, may all be at peace and may no one ever suffer."
There are two types of Padmasana: Mukta-Padmasana and Closed-Padmasana. Place the Dakshin Charan on the left thigh and the left Mukta-Padmasana Charan on the South thigh. Attach the tongue to the root of the tooth; Focus will be on NASA. Keeping the spine straight, place the left hand on the left thigh, the right hand on the right thigh and sit straight. This is Mukta-Padmasana. Sitting in Mukta Padmasana, the right hand should be turned on the surface and hold the tip of the thumb of the right hand on the left thigh. Similarly, the left hand is also turned on the surface and Aniya grasps the big toe of the left foot on the right thigh and gazes at the nose with the chin focused on the throat - this is Badha-Padmasana.
