“May all be happy, may all be healed, may all be at peace and may no one ever suffer."
Sit in Siddhasana i.e. placing the heel of the left foot on the vulva and the heel of the right foot on the medesh (above the genitals). Then slowly attract the sex nerve along with the branches with the breath. As a result of attraction, the penis of men with the genitals and the uterus of women with the ovaries will contract and rise a little higher. Then relax the contraction as soon as you exhale; Contract and stretch the hamstrings like this 10 to 20 times. Again perform this action in reverse i.e. instead of the left foot, by placing the heel of the right foot in the vulva and the heel of the left foot in the mitra, contract and extend the elbows an equal number of times with exhalation and exhalation as mentioned above.
This mudra stops the deceleration of Shukradhatu i.e. the unwanted excretion of dhatu which is the symbol of vitality in the body. That is why it is called Mahabandha Mudra.
For those who find it difficult to sit in siddhasana, they should practice the mudra by sitting in padmasana or any other meditative posture instead of siddhasana.
