Perform halasana as per previous instructions. This time, bend the knees and bring them to the head and place them next to the dukan as shown in the picture. Now keep your toes close to the ground. Hold the breath normally in this position for 20/30 seconds and repeat Halasana. Then turn the legs over the head and spread them on the ground and do Shavasana for 10/15 seconds. You can practice this asana 4 times every day 2/3 times a day.
After getting well used to Holasana, Karnapitasana should be practiced.
