Ardha Chakrasana - Brands

In this asana, the body becomes semi-circular, hence its name Ardha Chakrasana. Lie down with your feet together. Then fold the feet and raise both knees; Keeping the weight of the body on the hands, raise the head, chest and abdomen and bend the raised head backwards as much as possible. Keep the knees as straight as possible and bring the feet towards the head as much as possible.
