Its power over skin diseases is so great that it is doubtful whether any other medicine can equal it in this respect. What is colloquially called Goral. Meserium is often very helpful when small, scab-like eruptions around the wound are exuding copious amounts of juice and the affected area becomes inflamed. Because of this, mezium is almost unique in those sores, scabs or abscesses that exude a lot of pus or watery juice. The patient himself has a cold, but itches more in the heat of a well-made bed.

The pus starts to ooze under the skin of the dog, if you don't press it a little, it rots and releases a little pus or you start releasing juice in many streams.

চর্মরােগের উপর এর ক্ষমতা এত অধিক যে অন্য কোন ঔষধ এই সম্বন্ধে এর সমকক্ষ হতে পারে কি না সন্দেহ। চলিত কথায় যাহাকে গরল বলে। ঘায়ের চারিদিকে যখন ঘামাচির মত ছােট ছােট ফুস্কুড়ি হতে প্রচুর রস নির্গত হতে থাকে এবং আক্রান্ত স্থানটি প্রদাহযুক্ত হয়ে উঠে, তখন মেজিরিয়াম প্রায়ই বেশ উপকারে আসে। এই জন্য যে সকল ঘা, পাঁচড়া বা উদ্ভেদ হতে প্রচুর পুজ বা জলের মত প্রচুর রস নির্গত হতে থাকে সেই সকল খােস-পাচড়ায় মেজিরিয়াম প্রায় অদ্বিতীয়। রােগী নিজে শীতকাতর বটে কিন্তু খােস-পাঁচড়া শয্যার গরমে আরও চুলকিয়ে উঠে।

খােসের মামড়ীর নীচে পুজ টল টল করতে থাকে, একটু টিপে দিতে না দিতে পচ করে খানিকটা পুজ নির্গত হয়ে পড়ে কিম্বা আপনা আপনিই অজস্র ধারায় রস নির্গত হতে থাকে। 

বা রসে মাথার চুল নষ্ট হয়ে যায়। পুঁজ বা রস অত্যন্ত দুর্গন্ধযুক্ত।

উপদংশজনিত অস্থিপ্রদাহ রাত্রে বৃদ্ধি পায়, দাতের যন্ত্রণা, বিশেষতঃ পােকা লাগা দাঁতের যন্ত্রণা রাত্রে বৃদ্ধি পায়।
