ব্যথা ক্ষণে আসে, ক্ষণে যায়। কখনও পাছা হতে পিউবিস, কখনও পিউবিস বা প্রসবদ্বার হতে নাভিমূল পর্যন্ত ছুটে যায়।

প্রসবের পর বা গর্ভপাতের পর অতিরিক্ত রক্তস্রাব- সামান্য একটু নড়তে গেলেই রক্তস্রাব বৃদ্ধি পায়।
