“May all be happy, may all be healed, may all be at peace and may no one ever suffer."
In this asana, the body assumes the shape of a triangle. That is why it is called Trikonasana. Stand 1 feet or 2 feet apart according to your convenience. Then keep the knees straight and bend the spine and touch the left foot with the left hand. Stretch the right hand along the Dakshin Skandha and keep it upwards. Bend the neck in such a way that the gaze is directed towards the tip of the fingers of the right hand. Hold this position for 1/2 second and stand straight again. Then perform the action exactly in reverse i.e. touch the right foot with the right hand; Raise the left hand up along the left skandha; Focus on the tips of the fingers of the left hand. Hold this position for 2/1 second and stand straight. Perform the action quickly. If well practiced, practice the action at least 10 times and at most 20 times daily with great speed.
