মাথায়, ঘাড়ে এবং পায়ে প্রচুর ঘর্ম দেখা দেয়। ঘাম অত্যন্ত দুর্গন্ধযুক্ত এবং এত ক্ষতকর যে আঙ্গুলগুলি হাজিয়া যায়। | শুধু ঘাম কেন- উদরাময়, ঋতুস্রাব, প্রদর সবই অত্যন্ত দুর্গন্ধযুক্ত বা আঁশটে গন্ধযুক্ত। জ্বরের শীত অবস্থায় পিপাসা, উত্তাপ বা ঘর্মাবস্থায় পিপাসা থাকে না। জল পান মাত্রই বমি। যে পার্শ্ব এপে শুয়ে থাকে সেই পার্শ্বে ঘর্ম।
