• Injuries: Shakti 30 or 200 twice a day intake and its Q for external use.
• Haris Externally: Shakti 30 or 200 taken twice daily and 5-30 drops mixed in an ounce of Vaseline or olive oil for external application.
• Ocular inflammation: strength 6, 30 or 200 twice a day. 10 drops of Ruta Q mixed in 1 ounce of distilled water or distilled water and applied externally to the eyes three times a day gives faster benefits.
