Ruta is often very helpful after arnica or ras tox in cases more serious than traumatic pain or pain. Its potency is deeper than arnica or ras tox and can be used in caries but the injury must be present at the root of the caries.

Pain in the knuckles or all over the joint due to dislocation or injury, aggravated by standing still and relieved by movement; Growth on cold plating, growth at night.

Bleeding from the uterus prematurely causes miscarriage. Delirium after abortion.

Ruta should be considered if there is blurred vision or severe eye irritation due to excessive strain on vision.

অস্থিচ্যুতি বা আঘাতের জন্য গাঁটে গাঁটে ব্যথা বা সর্বাঙ্গে ব্যথা, স্থির থাকলে বৃদ্ধি পায় এবং নড়া-চড়ায় কম পড়ে; ঠাণ্ডা প্রলেপে বৃদ্ধি, রাত্রে বৃদ্ধি।

কব্জি বা পায়ের গােছ মচকে যাওয়া। হাড় ভেঙ্গে যাওয়া। বক্ষে আঘাত লাগার ফলে রক্তকাশ বা যক্ষ্মা। 

ভার উত্তোলন করতে গিয়ে পাকস্থলীর উপর অত্যধিক চাপ পড়ার ফলে অজীর্ণ-দোষ; মলদ্বার দিয়ে রক্তস্রাব।

আঘাতের পর কোষ্ঠবদ্ধতা। প্রসবের পর মলদ্বারের শিথিলতা। কিডনী এবং মূত্ৰকোষের নানাবিধ যন্ত্রণার সাথে কটিব্যথা। অতিরিক্ত ভার উত্তোলন বা বহনের জন্য কটিব্যথা। কটিব্যথা চিৎ হয়ে থাকলে উপশম। 

মলত্যাগ কালে মলদ্বার বের হয়ে পড়াও রুটার অন্যতম লক্ষণ।

বাম স্তনে ব্যথা বা দৃষ্টি-স্বল্পতার সাথে স্ত্রী-জননেন্দ্রিয়ে ভীষণ চুলকানি। জরায়ুর শিথিলতা। 

অসময়ে জরায়ু হতে রক্তস্রাব ঘটে গর্ভপাত। গর্ভপাতের পর প্রলাপ। 

দৃষ্টিশক্তিকে অতিরিক্ত পীড়ন করার ফলে চোখে ঝাপসা দেখতে থাকলে বা চোখ ভীষণ জ্বালা করতে থাকলে রুটার কথা মনে করা উচিত।
