অবসাদ, শ্রমশীল, চঞ্চল অনুভূতি, চিন্তার জন্য কিছুতেই ঘুম আসে না। মাথার যন্ত্রণা, খাবার পর উপশম। চোখ কোটরগত বলে মনে হয়। চোখের ভিতর চুলকানি। বামদিকের চোখের ভিতরের কোনে চুলকানি ও জ্বালাকর বেদনা।

উদরে টাটানি, তীব্র, খোঁচা মারার মত বেদনা, যেন মল, বেরিয়ে পড়বে এরূপ অনুভূতি, উদরাময়, বামদিকের পেটের নিম্নাংশে তীব্র বেদনা, যা ডানদিকে প্রসারিত হয়। বেদনার সঙ্গে বমি বমি ভাবের বৃদ্ধি।

যন্ত্রনাদায়ক ঋতুস্রাব, তৎসহ তীব্র, অল্পকাল স্থায়ী যন্ত্রণা, পা ভাজ করলে উপশম হয়। উভয় দিকের ডিম্বাশয় স্থানে তীব্র খোচামারার মত যন্ত্রণা, কেবলমাত্র বামদিকেও হয়। সামনের দিকে ঝুঁকলে, বামদিক চেপে পা দুটি ভাজ করে শুলে উপশম, স্তনের বোঁটা স্পর্শকাতর।গলায় স্ফীতি, শ্বাসকষ্ট। অতৃপ্তিকর, নিদ্রাহীনতা। রাত্রি ১টা থেকে ৩টার মধ্যে ঘুম ভেঙে যায়। আহার করার পরেও ঘুম আসে না। ঘুম না হওয়ার জন্য ক্লান্তি ভাব দেখা দেয় না।
