Grief with menstrual pains, Grief during pregnancy, Grief during teething of children. Rejection without fever, fixed vision during repulsion, dilated.

Pain is more pronounced on the south side of the body (colossi on the left).

It is the main medicine for tremors. Anemic debilitated patients are benefited by taking calceria phos alternately with magnesia phos for a few more days.

ঋতুকালীন যন্ত্রণার সহিত আক্ষেপ, গর্ভাবস্থায় আক্ষেপ, শিশুদের দাঁত উঠবার সময় আক্ষেপ। বিনা জ্বরে আক্ষেপ, আক্ষেপকালে দৃষ্টি স্থির, বিস্ফারিত। 

ব্যথা শরীরের দক্ষিণদিকেই বেশি প্রকাশ পায় (বামদিকে কলােসি)। 

ঠাণ্ডা সহ্য করতে পারে না। ঠাণ্ডা লাগলেই যন্ত্রণা বৃদ্ধি পায় এবং উত্তাপ প্রয়ােগে যন্ত্রণার উপশম হয়। আক্রান্ত স্থানটি চেপে ধরলেও ব্যথা কম পড়ে (কলােসিন্থ )। ছুতাের, রাজমিস্ত্রি, টাইপিস্ট, লেখক প্রভৃতির হাতে হঠাৎ আক্ষেপ।

ইহা কম্পনের প্রধান ঔষধ। রক্তশূন্য দুর্বল রােগীদের ম্যাগনেশিয়া ফসের সঙ্গে ক্যালকেরিয়া ফস পর্যায়ক্রমে কিছু অধিক দিন সেবনে উপকার হয়।
