স্বরভঙ্গ, কণ্ঠনলীর ভিতর অতিরিক্ত শ্লেষ্মার জমা হওয়া। রাত্রে হাঁপানীর মত অবস্থা। শ্লেষ্ম গাঢ় ও ভারী।
