দূর্বল চিত্ত, স্মৃতিশক্তি দূর্বল। একা থাকতে পছন্দ। ঘুমে কল্পিত বস্তু দেখে বিরক্ত হয় এবং রােগীর কান্নার উদ্রেক করে। মাথা অনেকটা বড়াে হয়ে গেছে বলে মনে হয়। বামদিকের মাথায় যন্ত্রণা, চোখ পর্যন্ত প্রসারিত হয় এবং কানের ভিতর যন্ত্রণা হয়। মাথার যন্ত্রণা সামনের দিকে ঝুঁকলে ও শুয়ে পড়লে বৃদ্ধি। কপালে শোথের মত স্ফীতি।জিহ্বা সাদা লেপাবৃত এবং জিহ্বার উপর দাঁতের ছাপ পড়ে। মুখ গহ্বরে টাটানি ব্যথা ও ক্ষতযুক্ত।
