1 Allopathic
Allopathic medicine, or allopathy, refers to science-based, modern medicine. The terms were coined in 1810 by the inventor of homeopathy, Samuel Hahnemann. In the United States, the term is used with the field of medical education. It is a system in which medical doctors and other healthcare professionals treat symptoms and diseases using drugs, radiation, or surgery.
1 Ayurvedic
The origin of Ayurveda is Atharva Veda where mentions several diseases with their treatments. Therapies include medicines, special diets, meditation, yoga, massage, laxatives, enemas, and medical oils. Medicines are typically based on complex herbal compounds, minerals, and metal substances. At present Ayurvedic medicine is practiced under different names in different countries.
1 Homeopathic
Homeopathy was conceived in 1796 by the German physician Samuel Hahnemann. Its practitioners believe that a substance that causes symptoms of a disease in healthy people can cure similar symptoms in sick people; this doctrine is called similia similibus curentur, or "like cures like". In the United States, the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act of 1938 recognized homeopathic preparations as drugs.
1 Yoga
The origin of Yoga is Rig Veda. In yoga, mantras are typically chanted in Sanskrit and the repetitive sounds used to penetrate the depths of the unconscious mind and adjust the vibration of all aspects of being. In yoga, Shiva is seen as the first yogi or Adiyogi, and the first Guru or Adi Guru. The UN, recognizing June 21 as the International Day of Yoga by resolution 69/131 on December 11, 2014.
