Its symptoms increase more during autumn, spring and rainy season, especially since psychosis is closely related to rainy season, in most of the diseases that manifest during rainy season, Natrum Sulph and Thuja are very beneficial.

Consuming cold water or cold food helps relieve constipation. Consuming fruits and roots, consuming milk is consensual. Potatoes are not tolerated. Foods containing white matter such as flour, flour, soap, sand, etc. are also not tolerated.

শরৎ, বসন্ত এবং বর্ষাকালেই এর উপসর্গগুলি বেশী বৃদ্ধি পায়, বিশেষতঃ বর্ষাকালের সাথে সাইকোসিসের সম্বন্ধ খুব ঘনিষ্ঠ বলে যে সকল রােগ বর্ষাকালে প্রকাশ পায় তাদের অধিকাংশ ক্ষেত্রেই নেট্রাম সালফ এবং থুজা বেশ উপকারে আসে।

ঠাণ্ডা জল বা ঠাণ্ডা খাদ্য খেলে উদরাময়। ফল-মূল খেলে উদরাময়, দুগ্ধ খেলে উদরাময়। আলু সহ্য হয় না। আটা, ময়দা, সাবু, বালি প্রভৃতি শ্বেতসার-বিশিষ্ট খাদ্যও সহ্য হয় না।

জল, জলা ও জলীয়- নেট্রাম সালফের কথা মনে করতে হলেই এই তিনটি কথা মনে রাখতে হবে।

বিষন্নভাব নেট্রাম সালফের খুব বড় লক্ষণ। নেট্রাম সালফ রােগী বন্ধু-বান্ধব পছন্দ করে না, গান-বাজনা পছন্দ করে না। মাংস ও রুটিতে অনিচ্ছা।

হাঁপানিও প্রাতঃকালে বা ভােরবেলায় বৃদ্ধি পায়। বায়ুর প্রকোপও ভােরবেলা বৃদ্ধি পায়। ঋতুস্রাবও প্রাতে বৃদ্ধি পায়।

পিত্তপাথরিতে নেট্রাম সালফ যেন অদ্বিতীয় (চেলিভােনিয়াম)। নেট্রাম সালফে বায়ু, পিত্ত এবং কফ- তিনটি দোষই বর্তমান। বায়ু-দোষে, উন্মাদ, মূর্ছা, পেটের মধ্যে দিনরাত ভুট-ভাট, ফুট-ফাট, মলত্যাগকালে সশব্দে বায়ুনিঃসরণ; পিত্ত-দোষে ন্যাবা, পিত্তশূল, তিক্ত স্বাদ, জিহবায় সবুজবর্ণের লেপ এবং কফ-দোষে হাঁপানি, নিউমােনিয়া, লিউকোরিয়া ইত্যাদি। শিরঃপীড়ার সাথে পিত্তবমি।

নেট্রাম সালফের নখগুলি প্রায় প্রতি বর্ষায় পচে যেতে থাকে। কিন্তু নখের যন্ত্রণা, যেমন আঙ্গুলহাড়া ঠাণ্ডা জলেই ভাল থাকে।

নেট্রাম সালফের রােগী প্রাতঃকালে উঠিয়া দাড়াতে না দাড়াতেই পায়খানায় ছুটে যায়।

নেট্রাম সালফের মধ্যে সাইকোসিস খুব বেশী বটে কিন্তু সিফিলিসেরও পরিচয় পাওয়া যায়। সাইকোসিস মৃত্যুভয়ে কাতর হয়, সিফিলিস মৃত্যু কামনা করে।

হাতের তালুদেশে সােরাইসিস নামক একপ্রকার চর্মরােগ বা ক্ষত; ক্ষত হতে প্রচুর রস-নিঃসরণ। সােরাইসিস বা একজিমা বসন্তকালে বৃদ্ধি পায়।

চক্ষু-প্রদাহ, আলােক সহ্য হয় না; প্রাতঃকালে ঘুম ভেঙ্গে রােগী আলাের দিকে তাকাতে কষ্ট পায়।

যেখানে এরূপ বায়ুর প্রকোপ বর্তমান থাকে না সেখানে কদাচিৎ নেট্রাম সালফ ফলপ্রদ হয়।
