সামান্য বিষয়ে চিন্তাযুক্ত, আত্মহত্যা করার চিন্তা, সর্বদা ভীতিপূর্ণ মনোভাব ও স্নায়বিক প্রকৃতির। মাথার যন্ত্রণা রোগীকে সামান্য কারণে ভীতি যুক্ত করে, উপরের দিকে উঠার সময় ভয় করে অথবা দ্রুতগতিতে ভয়। মাথায় মৃদু ও আচ্ছন্নকর যন্ত্রণা। ক্ষুধা খুবই সামান্য। পাকস্থলী ও অস্ত্রে প্রচুর বায়ু সঞ্চয়। পাকস্থলীর উপরের অংশে খিলধরা রাত্রিতে বৃদ্ধি। পাকস্থলীতে ভারী ও পূর্ণতার অনুভূতি। নাভীর নীচে তলপেটে খিলধরা। মলত্যাগ অনিয়মিত। মলত্যাগকালে বেদনা ও কোঁথ।

কোমরে ক্লান্তি ও মৃদু যন্ত্রণার অনুভূতি, হাঁটা-চলায় বৃদ্ধি। গোড়ালি ও পায়ের পিছনের অংশের উপরের দিকে যন্ত্রণা। পিঠের নীচের দিকে ও অঙ্গ-প্রত্যঙ্গে বেদনা। বেশি মাত্রায় অনিদ্রা, ঘুমের সময় ভীষনাকার স্বপ্ন দেখে। সামান্য পরিশ্রমে ঘাম। পায়ে প্রচুর দূর্গন্ধযুক্ত ঘাম। হাতের নখগুলি খসে পড়ে যায়।
