চামড়ার উপর এই ঔষধের সুস্পষ্ট প্রবাব আছে; উৎপন্ন করে একজিমার মত উদ্ভেদ, এছাড়াও রক্ত সংবহনতন্ত্রের উপর কাজ আছে, যার ফলে রক্তস্রাব প্রবণতার সৃষ্টি হয়, সুস্পষ্ট ক্লান্তি ও অবসাদ এই ঔষধে দেখা যায়। যেসব শিশুরা তোতলা, তাদের ক্ষেত্রে ভালো কাজ করে, অবিবাহিতা বৃদ্ধা তৎসহ হৃদকম্প, ও “খোস পাঁচড়া” যুক্ত রোগী সকল। একই সঙ্গে শরীরের বিভিন্ন স্থানের স্নায়ুর প্রদাহে যখন আড়ষ্টতা ও সুড়সুড় ভাব দেখা যায়। কাঠকয়লার ধোঁয়া লাগার ফলে শ্বাস বন্ধ হবার মত অবস্থা।

শরীরের কোন অংশ বড়ো হচ্ছে এরূপ অনুভূতি (আর্জেন্টাম নাইট্রিকাম)। অপ্রতিভ বা জবুথবু ভাব, সকল বস্তুই হাত থেকে পড়ে যায়। অনুভূতি প্রবণ। মনে হয় যেন মাথাটি ক্রমশঃ বড়ো হয়ে যাচ্ছে, বিশেষ করে মাথার পিছনের অংশ। মাথার যন্ত্রণা, যন্ত্রণায় মাথাটি ফুলে উঠে, খুব সকালে, মুক্ত বাতাসে ও শুয়ে থাকলে বৃদ্ধি। নাকের স্রাব দড়ির মত ও চট্‌চটে।

ধাতুস্রাবের আগে ও ধাতুস্রাবের সময় উদরাময়। মাসিক ধাতুস্রাব নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের অনেক আগে ও পরিমানে প্রচুর হয়, রাত্রে বৃদ্ধি, কামোত্তেজনার মত অনুভূতি। প্রদরস্রাব ঝাঁঝাল, গাঢ়, চটচটে, সবুজবর্ণের, ধাতুস্রাবের পরে দেখা দেয়।

হাত ও পায়ের ক্লান্তি। বগলে ঘাম, ঘামে পেঁয়াজের গন্ধ। ত্রিকাস্থির অগ্রভাগে অসহ্য চুলকানি। হাতের পিছনের অংশে রসযুক্ত একজিমা। পায়ের পাতায় ও পায়ে চুলকানি। গরম লাগলে চুলকানি। একজিমা, রসযুক্ত, মোটা মামড়ি তৈরী হয়। সারা শরীর ফুস্কুরিতে ঢেকে যায়, স্কনার্ভ, বিসর্পের মত উদ্ভেদ। মলদ্বারে চুলকানি। সকালে ঘুম থেকে উঠার সময় আমবাত, স্নানে বৃদ্ধি।
