Mirabegron - Brands

Mirabegron is the first beta-3 adrenoceptor agonist. Mirabegron exerts its effect via a dual mechanism, both directly acts on the bladder smooth muscle and also via the sensory nervous system, it increases the levels of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cyclic AMP) and leads to relaxation of the detrusor smooth muscle during storage phase of urinary bladder fill-void cycle by activation of beta-3 adrenoceptor which increase bladder capacity.

মিরাবেগ্রন প্রথম বিটা-৩ অ্যাড্রেনোসেপ্টর অ্যাগোনিস্ট। মিরাবেগ্রন একটি দ্বৈত প্রক্রিয়ার মাধ্যমে তার প্রভাব প্রয়োগ করে, উভয়ই সরাসরি মূত্রাশয়ের মসৃণ পেশীতে কাজ করে এবং সংবেদনশীল স্নায়ুতন্ত্রের মাধ্যমেও, এটি সাইক্লিক অ্যাডেনোসিন মনোফসফেট (সাইক্লিক এএমপি) এর মাত্রা বাড়ায় এবং স্টোরেজ পর্যায়ে ডিট্রুসার মসৃণ পেশীকে শিথিল করে। বিটা-৩ অ্যাড্রেনোসেপ্টর সক্রিয় করার মাধ্যমে মূত্রাশয় ভরাট-শূন্য চক্র যা মূত্রাশয়ের ক্ষমতা বাড়ায়।
